Ocean-facing hillside lined with macadamia trees on Hawaii’s Big Island, reflecting Roseanne Barr’s listed estate and its blend of orchard acreage, coastal views, and reality TV legacy.
Roseanne Barr’s Hawaii nut farm is officially on the market. Macadamia trees, ocean views, and a legacy rooted in small-town charm are drawing buzz across the coast.

Comedian and sitcom icon Roseanne Barr just listed her 46-acre macadamia nut farm on Hawaii’s Big Island for just under $2 million. Nestled along the Hamakua Coast, offering sweeping views and a secluded retreat with legacy appeal.

The Honokā‘a property served as the backdrop for her short-lived reality series Roseanne’s Nuts and includes a 2,700-square-foot main house, pool with waterslide, greenhouse, art studio, and lush orchards of avocados, bananas, citrus, and macadamia trees.

Listing agent Paul Stukin of Deep Blue HI calls it “pure small-town charm with dramatic coastline,” and the buzz is already building. Barr originally purchased the land in 2007 for $1.78M and leaned into the nutty theme with full comedic force, turning the property into a character of its own.

Now, the estate’s potential spans boutique farm-to-table ventures, regenerative homesteading, or simply living like a sitcom legend. It comes complete with orchards, ocean views, and a legacy that blends satire with sustainability.
